Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after you place your order. Please note that weekends and holidays may affect processing times.  

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

At checkout, you'll be able to choose from the following shipping options, with estimated delivery times provided for your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 9 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 14 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your chosen shipping destination. You can view the exact shipping costs for your order during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.  

Free Shipping:

  • We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over USD 80 within America. Be sure to check your cart total to see if you qualify!

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier's website.  

International Shipping:

  • Yes, we do offer international shipping to selected countries! Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders will vary depending on the destination. These details will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  
  • Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.  

Important Notes:

  • We currently only ship to physical addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding.
