Refund & Return Policy

At Hue circles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your washi tape purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand our procedures and guidelines.

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The product(s) are in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • The product(s) are returned in their original packaging, including any tags or labels.
  • You have the original proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or invoice).
  • The return or exchange request is initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  1. Reasons for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a washi tape that is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please notify us immediately with photos of the damage.
  • Wrong Item Shipped: If we accidentally sent you the wrong item.
  1. Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges

You must initiate your return or exchange request within 7 days from the date you received your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

  1. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@huecircles.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Please include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the product(s) back.  
  3. Package Your Return: Carefully package the product(s) in their original packaging along with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Item(s): Send the package to the return address provided in our instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
  5. Conditions for Returns
  • All returned items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use, damage not caused by us, or is not in its original packaging.
  1. Refund Process
  • Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item shipped).  
  1. Return Shipping
  • If the return is due to a defective or damaged product or if we shipped the wrong item, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your reasonable return shipping costs upon receiving proof of postage.
  • For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving your order) with photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged product(s). We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or we made an error with your order. These may include:

  • Items sold during clearance sales with specific non-returnable conditions clearly stated.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Site. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
